Sweepstakes Casino are legal for Americans in 48 or 49 states, not sure which 100%.
I know in Washington state Sweepstakes casinos are illegal because I read it on their website’s FAQS here: https://wsgc.wa.gov/sweepstakes-faq
Personally, I think they should be the only place to play – gotta love sweeps coins!!
